He obtained a master’s degree in Business Management – Private Practice and Tax Law track at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza in 2021. He is a chartered accountant registered with the Milan Order, working in the field of taxation for individuals and legal entities, and specialising in consulting for multinational corporate groups on both day-to-day and extraordinary matters. He has acquired significant experience in business valuations and the preparation of appraisal reports in preparation for extraordinary intra-group transactions.
