A lawyer admitted to the Palermo Bar, he mainly practises in judicial and out-of-court (ADR) legal consultancy in the fields of commercial law (corporate relations, trademark protection, debt recovery, etc.), as well as in matters involving administrative law and civil law (particularly contractual and non-contractual liability and related protective and compensation claims).  He provides legal assistance and advice to public and private companies, consortium entities and state-owned enterprises in matters of corporate law and contracts, in the review and monitoring of administrative procedures, and in the application of the Public Procurement Code. He also advises on the management, development and control of governance and social and fiscal responsibility issues. He is a member of boards of directors and supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as amended.
